The whiskerDocs team has conducted over 100,000 telehealth triage interactions since launching their systems in 2015.

Offers include a 24/7 pet help line and online self-service tools such as decision trees that provide support for decisions pet owners face every day. In addition, whiskerDocs delivers contact center support to its client partners with 24/7 access and online tools that extend the reach of veterinary solution providers.

Prior to launching whiskerDocs, Ms. Leon was the CEO and founder of Health Contact Partners, a 24/7 health services contact center providing telehealth and telemonitoring services to its client partners. At its peak, HCP provided services to over 7 million individuals. Clients included large payor groups, self-insured employers, third party administrators, affinity groups and more. HCP was a URAC and NCQA accredited health services call center providing real time access to Registered Nurses, telemonitoring specialists and its member advocacy team supporting healthcare navigation.

Prior to this, Ms. Leon was the Call Center Director for CorSolutions Medical, a leading provider of telehealth solutions for high acuity and population health management solutions, including tele-triage, telephonic disease management and wellness programs.
