Biography
Dr. Cheryl Good earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University in 1988. She is the former owner of Dearborn Family Pet Care in Dearborn, Michigan, where she continues to serve as a relief veterinarian. She was the Medical Director for the local animal shelter for 25 years and continues to volunteer with Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit, providing care for sick animals and administering rabies vaccines to healthy dogs and cats. Dr. Good is a Past President of the NAVC Board of Directors, the Chief Veterinary Officer of The Bridge Club, served on the Scientific Advisory Committee of American Humane for The American Humane Certified Puppy Project, is a founding and current board member of the Virtual Veterinary Care Association (VVCA)and now serves as Secretary of the VVCA. Dr. Good is also a member of the World Small Animal Veterinary Association’s Animal Welfare Committee and serves on the Board of Advisors for Hilltop Bio.
