Biography
“As an equine vet I moved into remote healthcare to explore the ways in which it could help me to better serve my clients and patients; I found that long days of ambulatory work on the road and rural phone signal quality were not conducive to providing the best customer service. Over the past seven years, I have expanded my focus in digital health, and now work at MI:RNA, a veterinary diagnostics company pioneering revolutionary disease disagnosis technology for animal owners and patients. As veterinary professionals we have been providing remote care for decades without formal structure. The VVCA was set up to empower veterinary professionals and clinics with the knowledge, education and evidence to support the safe, effective integration of digital health tools into daily practice to improve work processes and patient and client care.”
